Future PlayTerms of Use – T-snakes
These terms apply to your use of T-snakes ("the game"), operated by Sajid Safi, a sole trader based in Sweden ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them.
1. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to play online, use voice chat or upload a picture.
2. Using the game
You may play the game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for what you do with your account and for keeping your device secure.
3. House rules
- Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats or abuse, in names, pictures, voice or reactions.
- No offensive or inappropriate nicknames or pictures. Do not upload pictures of other people without their permission, or pictures you do not have the right to use.
- No cheating, hacks, bots or exploits, and no interfering with the servers.
- Do not share other people's personal information.
4. Voice chat, pictures and reporting
Voice, nicknames and pictures can be heard or seen by other players, as explained in the privacy policy. You can mute everyone, block any player, and report names, pictures, voice or behaviour from inside the game. We review reports and may hide a name or picture, mute voice, or ban the account.
5. Virtual items
Coins, diamonds, skins, outfits and other virtual items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money and we do not buy them back.
6. Purchases
When real-money purchases become available, they are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund rules. We never receive your payment card details.
7. Suspending accounts
We may suspend, mute or remove accounts that break these terms or abuse the game or other players, with or without notice. If you think a decision was wrong, write to support@futureplay.app.
8. Liability
The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions to the online service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Privacy and deletion
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account as described on the deletion page.
10. Governing law
Swedish law applies to these terms.
