Future PlayDelete your T-snakes account and data
You can delete your T-snakes account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Choose either option below.
Option 1: delete in the game (immediate)
Open T-snakes and go to Profile > Delete my account (or Settings > Delete my account). Enter the 4-digit code shown and confirm. Deletion happens straight away and the game then clears the data stored on your device.
Option 2: request deletion by email
If you cannot open the game, email support@futureplay.app with the subject "Delete my T-snakes data". Please write from the email address linked to your Google account, or include your nickname, so we can find your account. We complete these requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account ID and sign-in tokens
- Your Google account link, email and name
- Your nickname and outfit
- All pictures you uploaded
- Your friends list, friend requests and friend code (you are also removed from other players' lists)
- Your game progress, cloud save, coins and diamonds
- Your leaderboard and weekly winner entries
- Reports you sent or that were made about you, and your block list
What may remain for a short time
- Encrypted backups of the player database: daily copies for up to 30 days and monthly copies for up to 12 months, and hosting snapshots for up to 5 days. They are used only to restore the game after a failure.
- Server logs for up to 7 days. They contain only short partial player IDs.
- A one-way hash of your deleted account, with no name or game data, so the account cannot be restored by mistake.
- Admin action log lines, if we took a moderation action on your account, for up to 12 months.
- A copy of your picture in other players' browser cache for up to one day.
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as purchase records, once real-money purchases exist.
Voice chat is never recorded, so there is no voice data to delete.
